it’s finally here. the month i’ve been waiting for!
goodbye october and all your extreme busy-ness—although how can i really complain about a great trip to virginia for family loving, a fun bridal bonanza for my cousin in napa (photos too wild to reveal), a lovely birthday celebration with mom and all in apple hill, officiating my best friend’s wedding, a new gig, my almost-six-year old learning to write, my healthy, always moving now-two-year old, and a fun halloween night out with friends?
but i can say hello, november, and two new babies, a wedding, and leo starting preschool, which hopefully means more dedicated, focused work time, daydreaming, and bird time!
to celebrate this new month and all its lovely, peaceful simplicity (right? right? you hear me, november?), a lovely new issue of this joy + ride from shari and me—with photos from charlotte bland.
and now, i’m off to kick november into gear with madge herself (and poet and L)! her sticky & sweet show is bound to make us serene and soulful for this final month of autumn. that’s what i’m thinking.
